And so the journey to Beijing ended in a anticlimatic diminuendo with the ending of a most pathetic opening ceremony with no one attending it but the BSC boys for this batch and a few "important potatoes" of the school. The weather's refreshing, like...negative two? So I'm wearing two layers and breathing out condensed water vapour.
Lip balm and moisturizer proved to be useful and they even have a water heater...Turns out it wasn't as primal as I thought. Of course, the television in our dormitory is obsolete as the selection of channels is so miserable.
Got a tour of the shops etc around the dormitory and the school. And...
Oh yes, our room has internet access at some obscure corner. I suppose that's compensation for our sewage-spawned toilet odour.
Playing viwawa Bridge before Kong that failure of a teacher returns. How dare he stop me from watching Sakura.

Toxicodendron Radicans
Toxicodendron radicans is a plant in the family Anacardiaceae. The name is sometimes spelled "Poison-ivy" in an attempt to indicate that the plant is not a true Ivy (Hedera). It is a woody vine that is well known for its ability to produce urushiol, a skin irritant that causes an itching rash for most people, technically known as urushiol-induced contact dermatitis.
