I admit it. I'm so lazy (Yes we shall revert to the most basic of adjectives for emphasis) that I never do my work in time. But I still managed to miraculously finish everything in time. I tried changing that since term one but sigh...God I hate dota. It hinders my efficiency. This would be misallocation of resources according to economics. Anyway, I am feeling terribly guilty over Vovinam and French because I have not attended like two Saturday lessons? And I just missed the one yesterday! And it was the graduation ceremony and I missed it! Thanks to economics self-directed project bleh. I had just realised that mine compared to the sample was well, let's just say less than desirable. And I barely finished revamping it (With a rather pathetic result) at 1.30 am...today. It was due today! I couldn't possibly go for French and Vovinam and reach home at 8.30 pm...I would be sleeping at like 3am. And I am not accustomed to doing that. Besides, Mr. Lee told us that we tend to grow after six hours of sleep. Guess the term beauty sleep isn't that overrated huh? But damn I missed the graduation argh! Xue wei didn't say much but Shuin Jian was instilling fears in me by saying Monsieur Levet would be angry. I certainly hope not, he's a killer, if you know what I mean. Anyway, French is largely due to the painful experience of my very first Sec 3 controle. Curses! Curses! 4 comprehension ecrite. 20 question closure. The usual blah blah grammar. And this idiotic 25 mark redaction with an even more idiotic topic! Great, I'm going to fail. Not that I'm usually afraid of tests and controles but this one...I know I fared really really horribly. And Xue Wei told me yesterday that they started on some gerondtif. Probably gerunds or something. Oh well, I'll just go through the notes provided. Urgh I have to miss French tomorrow as well because Math test is on Thursday and I do NOT want to get another B4. So far...Only chemistry has been a disaster with a half-expected B3. We'll see.
And I just realised Theron is a rather *cough*interesting*cough* boy in class. He is particulary gifted and knowledgeable in the fields of ahem, human anatomy and its associated metaphors. Well one good thing is that he perpetually smiles to mask the wolf hidden inside. Oop, my bad. Did I say wolf? No. He is well a little irritating considering the fact that he is one of the few that I (note) DISPARAGE in class that can actually retort. Then again, I'm amazed by his command of English even though he comes from malaysia. Unbelievable. Most of the Malaysian scholars or even those already studying in Singapore beforehand do not really excel in English but Theron farly surpasses them. Not that I have anything against Malaysians. Hey! I'm Malaysian too! Well, at least half, from my mum's side. But I don't really look nor sound like it since I was born in Singapore and all. But strangely enough, it was my mother who came from Malaysia that laid my English foundation...Dad...Bleh, his English is...to put it nicely, not standard. See? The Malaysian, not Singaporean parent is better in English. So I do not discriminate Malaysians! Unlike some people from my ex-class...I don't know what future lies ahead for our relationship but...I really do not need another Si Heng. One's agonising enough...
Oh yes, the last update of the day. After I found this...At first I felt like I was slapped in the face. But later on...I laughed. I did make mistakes after all. And it was nice of him to correct me. Although I did think of bringing needles tipped with dumbcane sap...Oh well, I must be magnanimous. For it was I who made the grammatical errors. See for yourself.

Quite apt really. But that doesn't mean I'll go jumping around during lesson time to try and be the missing link between humans and primates. Wonderful Ms Sunita Quote. And she only said "handwriting is a compliment". The superlative being "hand" implies that a human is writing. For some other people in class...She described it as "claw-writing". Speaking of writing, I need to blog more huh? I see how the blogs I frequent actually update and then I have my little own cosy introspective sessions. Wow! Who would frequent my blog? When I blog so often. Well that's something to ponder about.
Ok shall talk about Disney On Ice finally. Indescribable. I have no adjective to describe it most accurately. It was my first time at Disney On Ice and my first time too watching a skating performance live. All I can say is go catch it! It's not just for babies! If not the performers would be babies. I'm pretty sure (With all the conviction I can muster) the skaters work very very very very very very very very hard just to put up a good show for the infantile audience (Majority) for that two hours. This can be easily observed from Shiyi, who like I have blogged, provided me my maiden experience as one can tell from her performance. She 's ****. Not telling which animal she was but- Curses! Did I say animal? Well but she was one of the leads (That explains little) and wow. I didn't know she could skate like that. Au contraire Madeimoiselle I would say, you did absolutely wonderful. Maybe not so the night before but what I saw was very different from what you described. Couldn't tell at all that you were nervous! Loved the final pose and the confidence exuded! Anyway that was one of my favourite Disney cartoons (I'm not supposed to tell you that) so it was kinda nostalgic with the songs. Oh and Cruella De Vil was exceptionally stunning (Skating I mean not that the person herself isn't) as well with those spins. Really in character, cartoon character personified albeit that little stumble. But hey, if I even attempted that...The Little Mermaid was nice too as I liked Ursula's tentacles and the introduction of Ariel's sisters. But for the story part Lilo and Stitch was the best. Touching indeed although it's supposed to be a cartoon. But I bet Yan Yu cries too when watching anime so I suppose it's tolerable. And I saw Florence and sis after the show while speaking French to my sis. And she was like beside me. I called out her name and proceeded to shake- Wait a minute...That didn't happen. More like my accursed introvert-syndrome made me sputter more random French to my sis like repeating "What time is it" and "How do we go home". Well in the end I never did say hi...Like I said, gotta jump over that hurdle. Now maybe I'll borrow the Toyman's pogo stick sometime...
Next would be The Leap Years! Caught it finally during the March Holidays. Actually I was supposed to have a proper French meal at a French restaurant but the opportunity never came. Catching a movie was much more convenient (And definitely cheaper) I suppose. We sort of booked tickets at 9 for a 9.45 show. Worth all the scolding my sister got I guess. She was making such a fuss about my mum promising to bring her to watch it so in the end when she hadn't changed 15 minutes to the movie, my mum took everything out on her. Hey but in the end it was a really poignant movie. Redefined love for me...Well my mum's mood got significantly better after it. But well it was an excellent movie, except that Qi Yu Wu's faked accent was rather jarring to the ear. Wong Li Lin did great, so did Anada and so especially Vanessa Lopez and even Qi Yu Wu. Everyone did well really. Oh yes! Joan Chen too! Magnifique vraiment. I could...tear. Tear a lot...It's not much...I tear too when I think listen to some songs and think about the lyrics...No biggie as Flash would say. And yet even Flash is human...
Oh because of Disney On Ice, I started looking for Lion King's "I just can't wait to be king" and a few of the other songs. And guess what? I found them in French! Sounds way better than the English version. So now I shall try to convert "The King and I" and "Lion King"'s songs from video to audio. Then I'll have French disney songs! Speaking of French, today, 22/3, we had guest at Vovinam. Madame Patricia. Strangely enough, Monsieur Levet's first name is Patrick. Our guest is from L'Afrique and well she speaks English and French too and I think she's also French. Well she took over warming up today but the rest was revision and games with Monsieur and Madame Levet. During the dodging games, I had a pretty easy time hitting Terry, the new Secondary 2. He's not that new but still, his dodging needs to be faster. And both Xue Wei and me had to demonstrate the Ru Men Quan which is like the most basic kind of kata except in Vovinam those katas are called Quan. You know, in Chinese? Fist? Think it should be that quan no idea. But hey, Chinese isn't one of my fortes. Well today was intense yet rewarding. I revised and internalised quite a bit and finally could do a Ru Men Quan without mistakes. So fun but I'm itching for a punching bag for me to practise on. Yes, I would want them live please so I can hear them groan. I mean when they get kicked in the stomach or slammed onto the ground. Not when they strip and do what Lester does in his free time. I'll give you a hint. It starts with "m", and ends with "asturbate". Yea, go figure. Test for the next belt on Monday! Ahhh! Will read through the book. It's good, taught me how to tie my belt permanently. And it should contain all the different motions. Good. Shall try to be prepared and not kill myself on the big day then.

Haven't been playing much. The evil modem played a cruel trick on me; just when I started a game with Keng Whye, it restarted itself and refused to load finish until three hours later.

Oh and recently I've been watching Justice League! Some of the episodes if not all on youtube are nice! Especially "A Better World" and "Wild Cards". Well I just like the villains. Heroes...Not a chance unless Poison Ivy joined the JL. This was sparked on when I reread some fanfic that directed me to that particular episode " A Better World". Mmm, reading poison ivy fanfic is good. Learnt three new words today. But I'm still slacking and not entering my entire page of words in my diary into my vocabulary log.

I just found a very good use for all the excess angbao money finally. All these years, the hundreds of dollars have been cast into the abyss of no return (that would be the bank account) but this year, I managed to salvage around $90 give or take. And well, I'm using the money for presents. Yup, birthday presents. So let's make a list of presents I've given so far:

Okay, enough of birthdays. I just started playing Shoddybattle, which is a Pearl/Diamond version of netbattle. Shiyi introduced it with the emergence of the 4th generation Pokemon. What she says is very true; with the 4th generation, battles are much stronger and faster. The Calm Mind Suicune doesn't work that well now since Suicune dies in about 2-3 hits. Of course with the new modification of spikes and addition of stealth rock and toxic spikes, there is much more strategy. New powerhouses like garchomp and lucario and supports like togekiss and spiritomb makes the entire battling scene much more comprehensive. Sigh...All this makes me think of how some simpletons in school play pokemon. It's really sad...It's either they don't know pokemon at all or they think it's immature. Oh for heaven's sake...You can't be an idiot if you're good at pokemon. They have no idea about how much one has to memorise. 493 pokemon and their types, abilities, potential attacks. 17 types and how they affect each other. And last but not least, a few hundred attacks, their types and effects. Hmph, and they think they know everything. I think this is what made me memorise most of the dota heroes though. Because I memorise everything in pokemon, so I try to do the same for dota. Speaking of pokemon, I met up with Shiyi today and she gave me Disney On Ice tickets! Thanks so much! And then we started taking out NDSes and played Pokemon Diamond. Thanks a million again for guiding me to catching Dialga! I gotta admit I'm really foreign to the Sinnoh region. Today was really an unexpected catch though. I caught Dialga with a pokeball whee! After weakening it with Torterra, Gastrodon and attempting to sleep it twice with Charap, 3 premier balls and 3 pokeballs, I finally caught it with a pokeball! So I named it Pokebalgaa. My new companion. Too bad it's uber so I won't use it for competitive battling. Then we continued talking and talking and talking. Can't believe I spent like 3 and a half hours so easily! Maybe it was just at a HDB void deck with the vicious winds incessantly attacking us but it was nevertheless so much fun! Enjoyed talking and playing today Shiyi! Looking forward to trying to notice you in Disney On Ice! Don't worry, you're an excellent skater!
Enough of the light-hearted stuff. Let's get down to business. Mrrroww. I'm getting touchy these days, especially with Lester because he's so unbelievably dense! I mean he's a great friend and all but god, he needs to wise up! Hello? News flash! Not everything is as simple as food, sleep and games? Look at the bigger picture? Long-term? And he couldn't be dafter in the emotional realm...Maybe he's been immersed, over-saturated in the baboon's club aura where everyone speaks gorilla. I mean really! He's almost equilavent to that retard Hong Wei. And unsurprisingly, Lester doesn't find Hong Wei one. Well whaddya know? Birds of a feather flock together! Now let's take a look at the first incident. You can judge on your own and flame me but hey I don't care.
8th March. Lester asked to go play dota. And hey! No surprise he was faceless void. I looked at the opposing team and chose enigma. Zut! That was a horrible choice. I forgot about sniper's mini stun. Sigh..So I was laning with Lester because I wanted to babysit him. But it's sad because I didn't know Lester needed exp instead of gold. So he was screaming there at me to leave with all those fancy expletives. I was affronted. So I played Opal Koboi and insisted on laning with him to half his experience gain just to please my hurt ego. And well yea, we lost. So let's look at what he said the following day.

Toxicodendron Radicans
Toxicodendron radicans is a plant in the family Anacardiaceae. The name is sometimes spelled "Poison-ivy" in an attempt to indicate that the plant is not a true Ivy (Hedera). It is a woody vine that is well known for its ability to produce urushiol, a skin irritant that causes an itching rash for most people, technically known as urushiol-induced contact dermatitis.
