I've been introspecting a lot for the past few days.
On the bus, the bed...Even on the ferris wheel.
You'll be surprised what staring into the misty expanse of the mountainous region of Genting coupled with a pair of earphones and a mobile can do to you, meddling with your mind to be specific.
Sure, the merry facade could numb my head, temporarily, before my mind started to wander off once again.
I tried various paralyzants. Teaching my friend dota on the laptop helped a little. Taking long baths made it worse. But my main curare was reading. I immersed myself in Agatha Christie and Edgar Allan Poe, partly in view of the IGCSE writing component tomorrow.
And I just read the unusually long post from Shiyi's blog. How she has...evolved over these few years. The transition and the various decisions she had to make. I'm just glad the decisions I had to make were rather obvious and clear-cut, not to mention I had lots of guidance. She's the paragon of...well paragons. And very steelily motivated. Like a metamorphic rock. Or how it's formed at least. She gets stronger with time. Yet it's the opposite for me. She's right about the management of emotions. Clearly I have that problem as well.
Well if you can't manage what emotions course through you, you'll just have to make sure there's no conduit. Only then will pain, emotional or not, be insignificant.
Losing humaneness in the process, but naturally...Inevitable.

HIC was just...Overwhelming.
And IGCSE was...Anti-climatic.
HIC ended with a bang once again. Although I can't really say "again" considering this HIC to be the first I've attended. So like you all know, I was casted as the evil creature/alter-ego. And Xujun the judge! It was rough I must say..The past week and all. But I think we did fine. Definitely not the best we could have achieved but overall as long as I saw my juniors trying, I'm satisfied. Nothing went on smoothly...even on the day itself. There was some conflict over the coats and all and Sherwin walked off in the afternoon right before my IGCSE. And thankfully he came back after IGCSE if not I'd have one more thing to worry about other than a horridly attempted IGCSE. And of course, Theron must have aced it although he doesn't admit so. Let's curse Lit Xian and Sean-erps-Lai. Ok fine, I'm just jealous of Lit Xian.
And I now see Mrs Lina Yong's true power. One word and she shut all the sec 1s up. Or the entire room for that matter. But she can be really nice, like when Hubert was blatantly bashing us for the really repulsive runs during rehearsals, she was still smiling and all. And then she talked to us rather cordially and worked on our mistakes one by one, offered suggestions etc. She also kept encouraging us and all. Really really inspiring. Of course, throughout HIC preparation, I see Vernon has also been trying but still...His popularity level remains stagnant unfortunately. But Vernon can be something that gels us together. Merely 5 minutes before we were called up backstage to prepare, we were doing vocal warm-ups and we all had to say one of our lines. So I suggested using Vernon as the subject. And instantly everyone became super-psyched.
Extrait:
Me: Vernon...You know you are Vermin...
Xujun: No! Vernon! He's only dead! Not missing!
Lie Jun: What have I done? Vernon is dead!
Russell: Oh please Vernon...Do you think you're that good a director?
Yang Long: Maybe you should just quit directing and go home!
Yuan Cheng: Don't worry, we don't go around talking about people who've been dead for 2 decades.
I forgot what Suhas said sorry!
And Miss Grace Chua FILMED IT! I loved that part most! And then there was makeup before that. Vernon's suggestions were horrible. Most aesthetically-unpleasant. He suggested black and purple...Some sort of darigan complex he has I guess. And so I had black and purple eyeshadow applied, turning me into someone who had just been punched in the eye. And thankfully Miss Susan Soh had the sense to suggest green. Which I immediately obliged to of course. I thought it was quite weird. Overboard and it made me look like the Green snake from Madam White Snake. Anyway, everyone who looked at me in LT3 got the initial shock then laughed and said I was creepy. Chern Yuen said I looked "very evil". Good. Then they powdered my face and much as they could but that sort of dirtied the suit I was wearing because the powder caused some white patches on it. And then I had my eyebrows darkened...Wore this magenta lipstick which was the darkest colour they could find since I requested Black or dark green. And finally the eyeliner which Miss Soh used to draw lines from the edges of my eyes to sort of extend them to make them look sharper and longer. And creepier I guess. But Chomz said that had the added side effect of making me look gay, which I fully agreed upon. Some of us weren't quite prepared nor familiar with voice projection yet but we staged the play anyway. And I have to say I thought it went on pretty smoothly. Great to see the improvement and all that we've worked on. Of course the audience was rather desultory at their choice of parts to laugh at. When Chun Kit was dying they laughed. I suppose that was because of the overly fake "death process". Then they laughed when I appeared. Perhaps my makeup was comical. Then went "ooooo" when I fell. No idea why. Then in the court scene when Xujun said "FINE", they laughed again. Probably because of Xujun's shrill voice.
And the shock of the day came from winning "Best Actor"! We were quite crestfallen and all after all the minor awards were given out and we didn't win any with Bus Stop sweeping and The Biting Point too. And the Sec 2 play won "Best Music"???? So when the "Best Supporting Actor" was given out, we just clapped. Then "Best Actress" was from Gregory's play - Kah How's wife. Then voila, I got "Best Actor". Really really shocking because I was told I couldn't be nominated for it.
But I'm just glad Vindicare (our play) won something. No flowers of course. Anyone who knew me would know better to give me snipped versions of my babies at their prime. But I thought Mr. Samuel Lim deserved my award after watching the HIC 2008 video montage haha. He was just so...natural yes. Evoking emotion while he cried. Now that was QUALITY. And I missed greg's play, as in the real deal...I missed Bus Stop. I never watched the Sec 2 play to start with, not even rehearsals but from what I hear...And I missed Mr. Samuel Lim dancing in Who Moved My Cheese! And Ephraim's milkshake thingy! Sigh...the disadvantages of being the last play...
Oh yes and I was surprised by who turned up. Like my french classmate...Nicole from the MUN sabbatical...My primary school friend Sylvia...Just when I thought only those from Hwa Chong would know me. Excluding Xue Wei of course. Haha I could see you at the front. Did Xujun approach you? I never knew HIC would be so grueling and well, only one word to describe it now - fun! Dynamic...Explosive...Poignant? Trying definitely. Be it relationships...discipline...endurance. Drama's the key. Oh well, but I guess I can only be restricted to deep dark roles. I'd probably fail at those full of compassion and benevolence.
Thanks to Chomz for you call and sorry for the abrupt ending of it. And Theron for your sms. Xue Wei for the chocolates again! And for being there! And the many others for the felicitations.
*Curtain call*

Ok sorry for the excessive portrayals of you as a villain but you got to admit you share the same...strengths in personality as Gaston. Seriously!
Anyway, today was just mass HIC rehearsals full-dress or not, until 8.30. I bet the audience never does understand how grueling the preparation process is. Even the curtain call! Where everyone comes out, bows, acts crazy, smiles and waves has to be rehearsed! Everything! So just in case you didn't know, drama is hard work! Not for the faint-hearted! And still problems with my costume argh! Once our costumes improve, instantly the quality improves muhahaha.
And now, I'd like to thank Xue Wei so much for her chocolates which was delivered to me by Yang Long this morning. Thanks! I wouldn't have been able to make it through without it haha. Your chocolate cheered my morning and afternoon up with its endorphin-release mechanisms! Merci encore!
So tomorrow's HIC! I've STILL got tickets!!!! 3 I think. So Laura isn't exactly correct with her smb message. Inform me if you want them. AND HIC! HELP! I didn't study much! I'm going to fail...
To HIC and iGCSE!

Welcome to "Let's reply to Theron!"
Ok firstly, the "enemy" wasn't directed at you. And I am not sorry about anything other than saying "hex off your little penis". Sorry about that...I was in social peacock mood. And I didn't find my question inappropriate since you could openly proclaim your...member's greatness. And I can't remember what you said anyway. Maybe it IS in your blood but trust me, you'll need more than whatever "hurtful or clever" whatever to pierce my emotional armour. I believe...I've heard worse. Besides, I don't even remember it. I don't blame you. Theron. That's just you. And it's not within my power to turn you into Monsieur Gentil. Or raise your EQ for that matter.
It was junxian not you. I don't remember what you said but I remembered his "Don't sound so eager". Don't think of hurting me. again.
Sorry about the morning, that wasn't too polite of me.
Gah I must be mad.
Hugging my apple/peach seeds and emoing myself all over again.
Dark Memories[10:42 PM]
Unfortunately, a great deal of...both allies and foes alike have left for Beijing. Or just China for that matter. That means no more dota with weize until the next year or Darren to talk to...Nor Samuel to practise French with. No more Leonard to converse with...Nor Nicholas Heng to tap on the back. Oh the horror.
Of that combined with HIC and iGCSE exam. Apparently, this Wednesday should be the comprehension component, according to Miss Susan Soh. Further details should be released later. Ok nevermind, I just saw the SMB message. And I need my entry proof back because I returned it to Miss Soh to correct my birthdate but I still haven't got it back yet. I shall do the necessary modicum of revision for iGCSE and not go all flamboyantly linguistic like Theron like reading Agatha Christie and Poison Ivy fanfics! Oh yes today was the supposed full run rehearsal for HIC. And I'm sad to say I mixed up my lines but glad to say I still managed to salvage the situation! Thanks to Lie Jun who caught on pretty fast after I swapped one of my lines with the next and replaced it with the previous later. He still managed to answer me and Mrs Lina Yong who hasn't seen the play herself actually didn't realise that one of us forgot and mixed up lines haha. But I'll have to buck up for my evil role. I need to emanate a chilling vibe...an air of insanity coupled with sleek secret agent mannerisms. Ok together with the condescending tone of Marik from Yugioh.
Also I just found a great song thanks to Gregory who introduced me to Parle a ma main. French and definitely Harley Quinn -like! Gregory can read French really well if he knows the sounds and all because he really sounds like he can, and French! Anyway there seems to be this ongoing war...Because Vernon is bent on getting more people on HIC night to vote for EDC than Gregory...So he's trying to usurp/stockpile all the tickets...And Gregory with his immense social network needs the tickets...And when demand exceeds supply? Market shortage...Like Vernon is really disliked in the HP Ephraim circle. Joel...Ephraim...Ng Ming and Gregory haha. Really really...despise? No...That's too forceful...I'd say...Disapprove...Ah yes disapprove. Ephraim said I should have applied to be Chairman. But I replied the same old way...I just felt I wasn't fit to take up such a major leadership position yet...It's the same old confidence problem...So I hope drama will play its part in eradicating that...And Ephraim actually said "Can he even act?!" Haha, love them. HP is so much fun! Even Sean Lai and SLIM (teacher) had a great row recently.
Parle a ma main:
And recently while going through more Disney songs, I found out Beauty and the Beast originated from France! Merveilleux! So I went on looking through the songs and found Belle and Gaston. I love Belle! As in the song, and even better. GASTON IS SO THERON! I found Theron a persona! A Disney persona!
Gaston:
Belle:
He has approximately 95% of the same personality as Theron because Theron is actually conversational and not totally holier-than-thou chauvinist. As for intelligence, Theron clearly wins by a landslide. And well for musculature, Gaston wins by a...volcanic eruption.
And someone's not being nice despite the leeway I'm giving him...Bad bad bad...The comment this morning...That halted my question...Tsk tsk. If you're not my friend...Then clearly, you're my enemy.
I think there was a EOY photo where yan yu smiled. I'll post it...next time I guess.
A la prochaine.

I released my spider, after I saw it struggling to climb up the sides of the container.
No one deserves to be held captive like that. And it felt so good to see it scurrying away into the darkness. I just hope it lives till a ripe old age.
Humanities in celebration should be fun, I hope. I never thought I'd like it but the winds of change blew hard enough I guess. It'll be on this wednesday night at the drama centre in my school. For those from my school, just reply to Laura Ng's smb message for tickets and for those not, just contact me for tickets.
Come on down and see us get owned!
Anyway, iGCSE seems more intimidating by the minute as I read the erm...introductory booklets? I fear the writer's block will arrest me again at the wrong times...like it always does during tests. And till, now I have no idea which component will I be having on wednesday and the time and venue for it. But still, a blast it shall be. A chance at expression amidst the hectic post-exam life of mine.
Bah, and there goes Proed again, depriving me of Thursday and Friday with their whole new range of three-day plan packed with fun and enrichment! And why do the activities actually worth going for fall on the day when I'm the most occupied...With both HIC and iGCSE? Someone must be cursing me, with a curse more powerful than that of my beloved millenium necklace. And I thought I could have fun at paintball with my fellow aphelionites. Did that come out wrong? Anyway, I shall just...make the best of the two days I'll have left with those that...stood by, or against me this entire year. And then look forward to the next.
P.S. I'm still going to find a day for lunch with Dilbert and gang. Let's go japanese!
And I almost forgot, I need to post EOY photos. And here's one I particularly liked.

Proed Feast turned out to be well...once again left to be desired. Well on the brighter note, the olive chicken and basil fish were edible. Together with the wasabi mayonnaise salad. But the two dishes which well were in "limited quantity" and were "highly sought-after" were a little...unsatisfactory. One could see from the extremely long queues stemming from both booths - Roast beef and Pasta.
Now for the pasta...Like Troy said. It hasn't "Ru Wei". The flavour hasn't seeped into the pasta yet. Because the chef was doing all the pasta on the spot, he did every batch extremely fast and as a result, none tasted good. Of course there was this problem of the pasta being...spicy? And overly too. Both me and Paxton had to start gulping down the diluted syrup to quench the fiery chilli aftertaste.
And roast beef was something I was actually looking forward to trying. At least until I heard a Sec 4 say "They should change the name of Roast beef to Raw beef". And Guo Xin saying "it kinda tastes like chewing gum". So it's bloody tough. Pun intended.
Proed Night on the other hand...Finished with unkept promises. I was eager for the "Don't forget the lyrics" item but unfortunately...they went overtime with a lot of the previous dedications etc. Especially the one from 4H. Which had two joker rip-offs trying to dance. They did the breakdance thingy well but one of them actually tried ballet. Disgusting really. And I don't mean it's feminine and all but he really can't dance ballet. En pointe, pirouette. He can't even get the basics. Sad.
Oh so me, szeto, and zijian went to KAP for supper/dessert after the feast and talked about dota. Yup, mostly about dragon knight and laughing about Yan Seng. Wonderful Bloodseeker who insisted on going against my Enchantress.
Well HIC is going quite well and I got to know Kah How much better. Excellent. Ephraim and Kenji were singing Karaoke...Bradley hasn't returned my damage counters yet...And i'll update next time about the HIC stuff. And all the other miscellaneous grievances I need to redress.
Ta.

Stranger
Nobody believes me when I tell them that you're out of your mind
Nobody believes me when I tell them that there's so much you hide
You treat me like a queen when we go out,
wanna show everyone what our love's about
All wrapped up in me whenever there is a crowd
But when no ones around
(Chorus)
There's no kindness in your eyes
The way you look at me, it's just not right
I can tell whats going on this time
Theres a stranger in my life
You're not the person that I once knew
Are you scared to let them know it's you
If they could only see you like I do
Then they would see a stranger too
Did I ever do anything that was this cruel to you
Did I ever make you wonder who was standing in the room
You made yourself look perfect in everyway
So when this goes down, I'm the one that will be blamed
Your plan is working so you can just walk away
Baby your secret's safe
Theres no kindness in your eyes
The way you look at me, it's just not right
I can tell whats going on this time
Theres a stranger in my life
You're not the person that I once knew
Are you scared to let 'em know it's you?
If they could only see you like I do
Then they would see a stranger too
Such a long way back, from this place we are at
When I think of all the time I've wasted, I could cry
Theres no kindness in your eyes
The way you look at me, it's just not right
I can tell whats going on this time
Theres a stranger in my life
You're not the person that I once knew
Are you scared to let 'em know it's you
If they could only see you like I do
Then they would see a stranger too
Theres no kindness in your eyes
The way you look at me, it's just not right
I can tell what's going on this time
There's a stranger in my life
You're not the person that I once knew
Are you scared to let 'em know it's you
If they could only see you like I do
Then they would see a stranger too

I'm a good actor. I've been swamped these few days with HIC and all. Even though I play a minor role of an evil creature that has only one scene worth of lines. We've been working throughout mornings and in the afternoons till 5. Gah. And I kinda like it. After all the pep talks by Laurang and drama seniors in JC. And I was commented "good" and "well-casted". Excellent. But my sister said it's because I'm innately evil and that's why I find it so easy to play well, an evil creature which is actually a conscience of the protagonist.
You'd be surprised what I wanted to join in Sec 1 when I was still SCORPIA me. Sabotage. Corruption. Intelligence. Assassination. Those are still my mottos by the way. So on to my choices of EP3.
1) Air-rifle - Believe it or not I wanted to learn how to shoot people, accurately, in the head.
2) Wushu - Well martial arts?
3) Judo - I think you get my point.
SCORPIA inspired me. I want to be a contract killer. But above all these choices, I wanted English Drama. I wanted to learn to well, act. I saw how powerful acting was. Through poison ivy and most influentially, Mystique. It is so...essential. But acting costs a lot. At least it did for me. And I'm not talking about having to spend my mornings and afternoon in the salt centre rehearsing.
I'm talking about...Losing my original face entirely when the multitude of masks meld into it even when I don't mean to put one on.
I think I'll come up with a new persona - Masqued.
Oh yes, on a side note, I won't give up lit elective without a fight. Oh yes I'll make sure of that.

A1 for French exam. Kinda derailed for the redaction and got 11.5...And my grammar...3 marks deducted. I haven't even talked about the cloze passage. 4.5/10. Dégoutant vraiment.
Culminating together in a B3 overall. Because I got almost 0% for homework. PLUS I have a very bad feeling they didn't count me as excused for Controle 2 and gave me 0 for that.
Gah. I won't quit. Jamais. First B3 ever...A total disgrace.
I just...
I've seriously mellowed. Whatever happened to cold perfectionist me? The lengths I would go to to destroy my competition in the past...I don't find it sane anymore.
I don't even know which me I prefer. The anti-social me that shut myself out from everyone else except a select few? The me that didn't enjoy luxuries such as a social life. The me that actually...cared about studies. The me that thought twice before smiling.
I miss me. Now I'm too cheerful. I don't like it. Emotion is a sign of vulnerability. I'll agree with you on that one Lyinne. But it's been more enjoyable no doubt actually having more than well...one or two friends. I don't know anymore.
Efficiency or sentience? I just can't bring myself to accept both. I'm tired.
Tired of trying to be nice. Tired of trying to get myself noticed. Tired of trying to be someone I'm not.
Because no matter how hard you try...It just isn't reciprocated. And I've had enough of that last year.
I'm no one's bitch, bitch.

Father dearie,
I do not need you to lecture me.
No need for a psychology class, nor one on humanity nor passion because apparently that's clearly what you lack. Don't criticize me just because I laugh when some NS bloke dies or someone gets knocked down by a car. Sad as it is, humans are overpopulated and I don't really care if a few more are killed, naturally or not. And don't tell me it's the government's responsibility because what I see is birth control. Birth control hmph as if it's going to help. I don't want birth control, I want genocide. Immoral? Inhumane? Take a look at the environment, that's immoral.
Don't you dare think you understand me because you don't, not one bit. So I'm repressed aren't I not? Apparently, the years of verbal bullying et cetera from classmates have formed sort of a...rebellious mentality in me huh? So the repression manifests in me wanting to see things destroyed? Partly correct, I give you points for that. Then again, reflect on yourself dear father. What made me slant towards...Shall I say the feminine side? One, Britney. Two, Poison Ivy. Three, you. I do not believe media influences alone are that powerful. I've always liked power. I don't deny I like Poison Ivy's green motif and modus operandi but above all, she's the only one who's been able to subdue Batman, the most powerful. And you made me that way. Knowing fully I was exposed to Western influence you continued your barbaric ways of raising me. Frankly I thank you for all the beatings. Now I've grown...colder. You are the one who created the original repression in me fool. I was always subdued because of you. And I never really did anything throughout all these years because you created barriers in me. Psychological barriers that stopped me from using vulgarities, stopped me from hitting others. Psychological barriers created by hitting me from young. Loved it really. But I'm sorry to say these barriers are falling. Well, except for vulgarities, I'm vengeful. You won't believe how many times I imagined situations I plunged a knife through your heart.
And they say I'm mad! Because I can't. You really think I wouldn't have done it so long ago. Because I couldn't. I couldn't kill someone who after all raised me. I couldn't kill someone I still loved. So I seek out others I'll take my vengeance upon. I direct it elsewhere. That's why I hate all who dare criticise me so much. Those in school, those outside. I have no blood ties with them. And that's precisely why I'm ready to hurt them, and make them feel my pain.
You turned me into a spiteful, vindictive, heartless creature.
Why, thank you father darling.
No time to ramble on though, I've got plans, poisonous ones.

Boom.
And so I failed. All my higher papers. Not to mention 50/100 for math. 4/40 for higher math.
I don't think Mrs Khoo was too happy with my poem or writing in the higher math paper. She asked me first thing I sat down, "Are you sure you're in the right programme?"
I wish I knew.
If I got A1 for IH last year...I'm pretty sure I would have gone into HP. And Kevin tells me I didn't need an A1.
I'm not like all those math geniuses who just understand...And you know...Just find a way to solve the problems fast and correctly. I just don't see the whole point of it. Those symbols and numbers. I admit I'm far more comfortable with words but still...
I don't believe I have no affinity whatsoever with the technical side. I really enjoy lab work, science, physics even in some fields. And I'm not downright hopeless in math, if not I would have failed throughout primary school. And yet it just doesn't reflect now in Hwachong. Syllabus? Nah, most probably just me.
Math and its double B4 blessing. IH should be a double A1. Physics a B4. And Chemistry without putting effort an A2, Biology A1, English A1. Chinese shocked me with A2. And there's only French left.
It's not just me who's sad.
But my results are the saddest.
Because I know I'm capable of so much more.

I kinda got my birthday present in advance today. So the external harddrive I randomly mentioned in passing was it. I kinda didn't like it.
For the record, my three sciences all started with a 6. Geography too. The only thing that cheered me up was Ms Sunita. With an A1 for IHC. But triple Bs for the core papers and Us for the higher papers never fail to get me down. I haven't even got to tomorrow's Math.
And I thought conversation was a good sign. But no, I am just...Outside. Slave of menial labour but outside.
That's why I grow my thorns and raise my petals. When they trample on me again.

Isley...Were you really that naive?
Silence Harvey, who are you to decide.
I don't, the coin does.
Hmph, I was blind..even after Jason Woodrue.
And I was blind for you.
Flip? And we'll kiss and make up?
Tails and he dies. And no kisses, once is enough.
Fine by me, I'll kiss him anyway.
*Flips coin*
Looks like you don't get to blow his brains out Harvey.
Grr, shutup plant lady.
That just means I get to poison him.
You couldn't.
I-
You wouldn't Isley. Not this time that passion exists. Mother Nature does have that hah.
What do you know? It's a love-hate relationship.
With more of which side? Flip a coin?
I don't need coins to decide unlike you Two-Face.
You have two as well Miss Isley. So why not show the poisonous one and get rid of him.
You-
Hm?
I-I won't do it. Not yet. I must finish toying with him. Only then...Will I decide my choice of a verdant vengeance.
Taking a longer time isn't good. *Flip* Tails Isley. You'll only get closer in the process.
I won't.

But if you openly proclaim yourselves enemies.
I see no reason to hesitate.
Hell to morals or compassion,

Dark Memories[4:51 PM]
Another snippet. Gosh I'm taking ages to complete this.
*
The occupants of the apartment stared at the prostrate body on the floor.
Siheng was the first to break the silence.
"Is-Is he dead?"
Guo Xin stood at the balcony, frozen on the spot. Everything had happened to fast. Much too fast for comprehension. He was not sure of what he was feeling, his senses numb, as he just stared at the limp figure in front of him. Sorrow? Anger? Joy?
He never got to find out as a metallic clink reverberated through the apartment. Amazingly, it came from Frank. A second clink, followed closely by a third.
The blood-stained bullets fell out of Frank's head one by one as if some invisible force was drawing them out. Slowly but inexorably, the entire cartridge worth of bullets emerged from the gaping bullet hole in the side of Frank's head, rolling sideways a little upon impact with the ground. And like a video on rewind, the gaping hole started to close as the blood dried to form a scab. In another few seconds, the scab itself fell out too. There was no visible scar, no sign of a bullet wound at all except for a light pink shade of skin.
Frank's erstwhile still body began to rise and fall once more as Frank started sputtering. He coughed a while more before he touched the area on his head where he had shot himself. Smooth. Not a single depression.
"Fr-Frank? You're alive?" Siheng asked, taking a step backwards.
Frank started sobbing uncontrollably, looking the fur and claws on his hands.
"I can't-can't even kill myself anymore..." he whispered.
He turned his gaze to Guo Xin, savoured the last glimpse and bounded towards the balcony before jumping off it, only to land unscathed on the concrete pavement.

I have so much to say. But well, I won't say that much.
Let's complain about biology first. Hurrah to those who did question 8 "OR" because it wasn't about transport in plants nor digestion both of which I didn't study. Hurrah for I'll fail. No surprise though since I didn't really study...But I'll describe it "A1-nable"
And after Biology? We rejoiced! And played pokemon with Ming Xuan, bridge and whatnot in CSE Hub.
As for Chinese, I somehow had this idea that the exam was 8.30 am-10.30am so I was being so relaxed when I finished the second comprehension passage. I THOUGHT I had 35 more minutes for the summary. And wow, Mr. Loh said "5 minutes left. No one is allowed to leave the examination hall". Well, I just went into hyperdrive. Summarising the passage in 4 minutes, I used the remaining one minute plus the time taken for the teacher to walk down the other row collecting papers to finish penning my summary. Now, I wonder how much I'll get for it. I blame it on sleeping late the previous night erm...Playing dota.
And guess what happened on Thursday night? Yan Yu proposed playing Pokemon TCG tag team! LOL! Like Yan Yu would be the last person on Earth I'd think of asking me to play Pokemon TCG! Then when I told like Chao Xu and MX they both went "YANYU?". Tres amusant. Anyways, so we retreated to CSE Hub and then it was Pokemon TCG extravaganza! Ok not that much since I brought 5 decks, Yan Yu brought 1 and Chao Xu brought 1 too. But still we could keep having 2 on 2s. Yan Yu's deck actually proved to be rather scary if he could get out his dark dragonair fast enough. He uses the old types of cards which are deadly and no longer in print. Like Dark dragonair's evolutionary light which allows you to take an evolved pokemon from your deck every turn. This combo-ed with the dark dragonite's "Summon minions" if it evolves makes his pokemon come out extremely fast since that allows him to summon basic pokemon from the deck onto the bench. Of course, if he doesn't get that out fast he'd probably be destroyed fast because he doesn't have Prof Elm's training method or something like that. But he has Pokemon breeder fields! And super potion! And the old energy removal!
Then Chaoxu's deck is great! Because it made Chong Jiat like my rocket's deck! Because Chao Xu's deck kept getting owned haha. Darren likes my Starmie deck because it's too fast. Because I made all the pokemon there stage 1 at most. But meh all, my decks can't be compared to Bradley's, Shiyi's and Ling Feng's. The usual crowd I used to play with in primary school. Like Shiyi I remember has the frightfully fast bug deck and bradley's Rocket's Mewtwo EX deck was quite devastating as well. But nevermind, I'm calling out to Pokemon card owners who would want to play on tuesday! If all goes well, there'll be me, chaoxu, yan yu, ming xuan, szeto, bradley and troy! And of course Darren and Chong Jiat! We'll have quite a lot of decks this way!
Of course, although the exams are over, there's bad news. I got A2 for research! ARGH! How dare Evelyn give me 38/50 for my research paper! I mean, I did well 99% of the silly paper and she gave everyone the same score!!! And the log book! 7? 7? I wrote so much and dictated so much and you gave me 7??? Bah, got 73 and a distinction. AND an extra A2 to pull UP (NOT GOOD) my msg. I will change project group urgh. But still I wonder if Xujun or Yan Yu is available...
Oh but I don't feel so bad now that I'm just admin staff for THIMUN. I didn't take it that badly until I found out Theron got in...Without an interview...Without anything...They just asked him if he wanted to participate...I almost though Theron was right...That he was superior. Then Yu Pei did something that brightened up my day. He told me during lunch that he too was offered a place in THIMUN via the emb. Then I burst out laughing (No offense Yu Pei). So now I know why. So Miss Tan being the OS, just approaches random Hwa Chong guys from Aphelion to fill in extra spaces in THIMUN. Muhahaha. I think of Yu Pei, and then Theron. And I smile again.
Oh yes, I just watched Enchanted! Really really magical movie. Disney should make more of such movies! Instead of the crap about sex you get in cinemas everyday. Oh yes, and I watched Wall-E as well. And well, Wall-E sucked. As in Wall-E the robot. So weak. I only like EVE who was so powerful, especially those blasts from her...hand? But my favourite was still the rogue robots! Who were the most powerful! Defense, offense and transportation all in one!
Ah heck, I said too much.

Math was an unqualified fiasco...But really, I was so glad I could actually do most of the questions. But alas, did not have the time...So about 24 marks have flow away because of blanks...Gah, oh yea. There's one question which I solved, then was unsure of my answer, and erased it...And it turned out to be correct, at least according to the mathematical gods of SMTP1. You know what? Let's just own everyone next year. I shall resolve to be less sloth-like.
So after the Math test, we had a short 45 minute break before WE (SMTP-ers) had the HIGHER MATH paper. I thought it was really interesting. Like when I first heard Mr. Justin Loh say "Please check you have 3 printed pages." So I smiled. 1 page as the cover page, 1 as the formulae sheet and well, that's one more page left for 40 marks! Then I flipped. Wow! 7 questions, 10 marks each. Choose 4 to do out of 7. I read the first one. LOGARITHMS! My favourite! So I spent the first 20 minutes of the hour trying the logarithms question. Well, the result was rather expected - Failure. Then I moved on to the next question, and the next, and the one after that. Nope, I had no idea. So I looked on and YES! A question full of text! It looked logical! Ok in the end it wasn't, because a retarded John decided to cross a bridge when the train was coming! And well, the bridge was either very very long, or the train was very very wide. Because apparently, he was halfway cross the bridge when he saw the train coming 80 METRES away. Yep, and he had to turn back before he got struck by the train...And if he went on instead of turning back, the train would have struck him 2m before he reached the other end! So assuming the train was the perpendicular bisector of the bridge...Hmm...What are the chances John would get hit when the train was wow, 80 metres away. So the conclusion:
John is a handicapped, irritating and stubborn fool. That explains why he takes so long to cross a damn bridge and also, why no one wants to help him. I mean please, he probably likes Math. That's why firstly, no one likes him, and secondly, his brain was so mathematically advanced he could calculate the probability of getting hit and thus turned back in time.
And so now I'm preparing for MX's pokemon battle with his water team. Play pokemon! Red, blue, yellow, gold, silver, crystal, sapphire, ruby, emerald, diamond, pearl, platinum! *This is an unpaid advertisement*

Toxicodendron Radicans
Toxicodendron radicans is a plant in the family Anacardiaceae. The name is sometimes spelled "Poison-ivy" in an attempt to indicate that the plant is not a true Ivy (Hedera). It is a woody vine that is well known for its ability to produce urushiol, a skin irritant that causes an itching rash for most people, technically known as urushiol-induced contact dermatitis.
