Of course, I have requested for a change to the December slot because of my iGCSE and DELF exam which take place in November MUHAAHA. Oh right, I get to see Yong Zhi and Ming Xuan who is also transferring! Magnifique! And if all goes well Yan Yu and Xu jun can join us! Of course...If Darren and Kevin could as well...We'd have such a bitchy time.
Today was a horrible day overall. I had log test in the morning. And I couldn't do like 3 questions...LOG! MY FAVOURITE MATH SUBJECT! I can't believe it...After the 10/40 for trigo...And then Ms Sunita scolded the class for not doing work, which served to dampen my spirits further...I deserved worse, because I didn't do her work too...Recess was meant for doing bio and physics but then I ended up playing bridge with Chiong Jiat and gang. Yan Yu has been real nice bringing his cards. Looking back though...I feel kinda immature for refusing to let Theron play just because...I wanted to play on...Parfois...Les gens n'apprennent jamais, n'est-ce pas? Oh well...I have to thank Chiong Jiat though. He brought this enormous packet of chocolate cookies to class to share with us! On top of his mushroom feuillete of course. Chomz chomz...Always has food to chomp on...I survived on those two cookies I took after bio since I skipped lunch and went straight for the Australian Math competition, which naturally was an expected fiasco. But it doesn't matter. Physics was just boring and with the dark, ominous SPA looming...English was the worst! I discovered that I'll never get a chance to beat Leonard's group properly to reclaim our rightful victory...Because Daniel's splitting us up for Week 10 debates URGH! How can you dissipate the power of three? The Charmed Ones would fall! On the bright side, Kevin's granted his wish. On the dark side, yes the dark side, I might get stuck with some ape that can't be trained to speak properly like Jun Xian or Li Hui. I'd prefer others like Troy :):):), Theron :):), or Chomz:):):)! No offense but Theron's not as good a speaker as Troy or Chomz. As yesterday's lesson has showed, Chiong Jiat best speaker, proposition wins. Theron lost, in short. I feel sad...Because I feel Theron's team's substantive was stronger. Sigh, it's all packaging.
Of course, we always have a few jokers in the deck, like the few funny things that happened!

Xu Jun: What are the chances that YapHb will talk about the lava lamp?
Me (Noticing the "mantle-plume" term projected on the screen): Rather high.
Xu Jun: And probably Marina Square too.
Me (Out loud addressing YapHb): So that's the mantle-plume? Shouldn't it be hotspot?
YapHb: Yes, the plume is the shape. The hotspot is the place. So the mantle plume is what rises from the hotspot.
Me: Like?
YapHb: Like the lava lamp! Have you seen the lava lamp?
Me (Grinning while Xu Jun and half the class started giggling): Oh the lava lamp!
YapHb: You know? You can go to Marina Square and you'll see the lava lamp! That's the plume shape.
Me: I have successfully evoked a pre-wired response from the teacher
Xu Jun: *Laughs*

Me: Why is her right eye red?
Kevin: Your eyes?
Me: No, Mrs Koh's
Kevin: Oh, she looked at Chuasy from the corner of that eye.
